​The website had a generic theme with listed products, but didn’t reflect the company’s soul. Our task was to create a custom theme, leveraging Shopify 2.0, taking care of scalable design for future company growth, moving away from a product-centric focus to a user-centric design, and creating a mobile-first approach to shopping experience.

As UX Designer at IceMobile for OXXO (Mexico’s largest convenience chain with 20,000+ stores), UX design, and UX research collaboration for their loyalty program OXXO Premia. Collaborated across international teams in Amsterdam, Toronto, and Mexico City to deliver seamless reward experiences.

Air Miles App Redesign: Simplifying Canada’s Premier Loyalty Program

At IceMobile, redesigned the Air Miles app (Canada’s leading loyalty program) to make earning/redeeming miles intuitive across in-store and online purchases. Created wireframes, user flows, UX documentation, and collaborated with research for continuous “pulse testing” in bi-weekly agile sprints.

Resy OS: A Restaurant experience

Collaborated remotely with the USA-based team to design two key B2B experiences: restaurant inventory review and front-facing booking management.
