Worked fully remote as part of Scotiabank’s LATAM UX team, collaborating across Colombia, Peru, Chile, and Mexico.
Collaborated with international teams to shape Scotiabank’s future banking experiences.
My Role
Partnered with business and operations teams, UX content, User researchers, to create user journeys, service blueprints, and workshops, defining requirements for new projects entering the pipeline, creating the roadmap for the project and overseen a Junior UX designer.
Collaborated on a new workflow redesign for several projects serving LATAM customers. Consolidated fragmented regional flows into a streamlined, scalable model aligned with Scotiabank’s future banking vision.
